In my spare time I hang out in nature, especially the ocean or forest. I'm an adrenaline junkie at heart, I love to snowboard, hike and horse ride as often as I can.
I was drawn to Essential Oils as I believe that plant medicine is a true gift of nature.
The healing powers of Essential Oils have been recognised for centuries and they are a much safer alternative. They have very minimal impact on our environment and are also cruelty free.
Since adopting a sustainable lifestyle, we have replaced synthetic chemical products with these - skin and hair care, household cleaning products, pesticides and cooking. Spiritually, I use the oils for cleansing, protection, grounding and inspiration. I also select my oils intuitively when practicing daily meditation.
